I have a new computer and am unable to access my email. Friends have suggested I need the email password. I am not logged into my email account on any other devices, do not have security questions or a phone number on file to reset my password, and my old computer used Roadrunner.com. What should I do to regain access to my email?

My Lenovo Ideapad 100 with Windows 10 was updating when I last shut it down. Now, when I try to start it, I type in my password and it goes to a blank screen. I also get a signal that Malwarebytes is trying to update, but I don't use this virus protection anymore and don't know how to remove it. How can I resolve this issue and start my computer?
