I would like to send in a complaint to Facebook as someone hacked my account and now even though I have done every possible thing I can do, I am unable to get in. Last night I asked for help through this site and got charged over $60 from you guys even though I only agreed to $10. I do not appreciate this service and would cancel Facebook forever and tell everyone not to use Justanswer either, unfortunately, I have a lot of memories and info on FB that I would LIKE to receive. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I am mad and this is not ok! Not personally against you but I do not like being scammed. Have you reported this to Facebook? Have you checked your email and other online accounts for tampering, especially if they have the same username and password? Is there anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I cannot receive any emails, though I can send them. My email is from TPG, my internet supplier. My computer froze on Friday, and after restarting the modem, I had to reset various accounts including email, Facebook, and Google. I have Norton security installed. My husband's computer also experienced issues but recovered. What could be causing this issue with receiving emails?
