MS Office 2007 on Windows 7: Help menus do not work either online or offline for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Properties of a sample link show a valid path, but nothing happens when selecting items on any of the Office help pages. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I had a computer problem that required a total system recovery, and now I can't log into my Gmail account because I can't remember the password. My old MSN account, which was linked to Gmail, is no longer accessible as it was last used in 2005. I have a new live.com account but would like to regain access to my Gmail account. I have tried multiple times to recover my account but have been unsuccessful. How can I regain access to my Gmail account?

I am a disabled Iraq veteran in a wheelchair with brain damage. I used to work on computers but now I have a partition I don't want, and the 80GB doesn't show up. I also have a lot of duplicate pictures and files. Can someone help me without charging a huge amount of money?
