My 16-year-old son misused my credit card for gaming purposes on Google Play. I have disallowed the mobile operator to accept the game charge, and the bank has issued a new card with a new expiry date. However, I was informed that the merchant can still charge. How do I remove the card from the payment method on Google Play?

I tried to update my password a few days ago, but now it's not letting me log in at all. I'm not sure if I have an email address or phone number linked to the account, but my new number is (###) ###-####. I'm not logged into my account on any other devices, and I'm not aware of any other issues.
