My account with Dish Network is closed, but I need help resolving an issue with unreturned receivers. I lost one receiver and the other was left at a UPS store that went out of business. Dish has sent me multiple boxes to return the receivers, and I need the tracking number for the fourth box that I left at the UPS store. I've been paying for these unreturned receivers without realizing it until recently. What can I do to clear this up?

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 Duos. I received a message claiming I have 4 viruses and it will damage my phone. The message directs me to Google to install a free app to correct the problem. Is this legitimate? I need help.

I need a new password to enter the Excel program. My computer is an HP notebook (model number not visible), and I am using an unspecified version of Excel. I have not installed any recent updates. Do I need a password to activate Excel or is it for accessing a protected Excel file?

Firefox doesn't open my home page (msn.com). Whenever I click on Firefox, it goes to Google 'myway etc' instead of directly to msn.com. I have a desktop PC with Windows 7 and haven't installed any updates recently.

I can't seem to get into the games by name princessmoon66 today, it tries to sign me as a guest. I have a Toshiba computer and haven't installed any updates recently. I was playing games on Microsoft collection one day, but the next day I couldn't play. Is there any charge to connect to my device to fix? I have received a new code, can you please put the page up where I can put it in?
