Every time I log on, a message appears saying Outlook Express could not be started because another instance of it is still running on my computer. I have followed the instructions to log off and restart Outlook Express, but the problem persists. Can you help?

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2010 yesterday and downloaded the file, but every time I click on the file, an error pops up saying installation of this package failed. I think it has something to do with corrupt files. How can I successfully install this program to my computer?
