My ALCATEL flip phone model A405DL does not ring for incoming calls, even though the dial tones work and the phone vibrates. I have tried adjusting the volume and ringtone settings, but the issue persists. What can be done to fix this, or do I need to get a new phone, and what other phones will my SIM card work in?

When I log in to my Outlook account via hotmail.se, I get no inbox, send, or other email functions. I can access my email via the university server (chalmers.se) but not through the hotmail server. I have tried using Safari and Firefox, and have cleared the cache on Safari, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?
