My ATT Bellsouth email will not open in the inbox on my iPhone. The message says 'cannot get mail the connection to the server failed'. I have Uverse service and I just click on the envelope icon to open my email. It is Bellsouth.net which is serviced by Yahoo. I have Webroot on my PC but this is a problem only with my iPhone. Where else should I look for potential issues, and how can I resolve this?

I bought a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 a little over a month ago and the sound hasn’t worked for 2 weeks (it can connect to speakers and wireless headphones but no sound comes out of the laptop speakers themselves). Also, once a day the screen becomes distorted and turns black for a second and comes back on. What should I do to resolve these issues, and how can I ensure I get a working replacement without sending my laptop away mid-semester?

I have an iPad Pro running iOS. After a recent software update, the battery is slow to charge and discharges when not in use. Additionally, the iPad doesn't display the green battery symbol when plugged in. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to resolve them?

My husband passed away in May. His PayPal account was billed for $19.97 on 9/23/22 for a Hearst publication. I don't know what magazine. I wish to cancel any outstanding subscriptions.
