I purchased TVFix but am unable to connect it to Wi-Fi. My desktop computer can see the network but says the internet is unavailable. I followed the instructions to connect TVFix to my TV and pair it with Wi-Fi, but it fails to connect. How do I enable Wi-Fi Direct on my TV to connect TVFix?

I was told I must have been hacked and advised to change my password. How do I do that? I have an email address linked to my account and haven't seen any tampering, but a friend reported a friend request. What website/service do I need to change my password for? Is it Facebook?
