My computer has locked me out after Norton tried to fix a problem with 360. The password is coming up as incorrect, and I can't access the rest of the computer at all. Using my wife's different computer to contact you. With this problem, which Norton blames on Microsoft, can you help with resetting the password to get me access to my computer when it won't let me in?

Someone named ***** ***** representing Microsoft company under the company named "Right Info Software Consultant Service" charged me $810 to fix my computer, which was showing a virus alert. Can you verify if this is a scam and if I should contact my bank?

Disney+ will not let me update my profile. It says to enter my profile name and gender on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. I have tried restarting the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and updating my information through the Disney privacy center website, but I still cannot get past the 'update profile' screen. How can I resolve this issue?
