My computer is not booting (no display, not even getting into BIOS). The DRAM and CPU lights on my brand new ASUS ROG Strix B360-F Gaming motherboard are blinking. The DRAM light blinks every 4 seconds, and the CPU light blinks every 6 seconds. My CPU is an Intel Core i7-8700, and my GPU is a ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING. I've secured all connections, tried resetting the CMOS, and removed the GPU and memory to see if there are any beeping sounds, but there are none. What could be the issue and what steps should I take?
