When calling to Ukraine, why does Skype skip the initial '0' in the area code '050' and dial '50' instead? This issue only occurs with numbers starting with '050', and I don't have any problems with other numbers like '062' or '095'. My internet connection is fine, and I haven't installed any recent updates.
