My computer is slow and has deleted passwords for my husband several times. I last reset my username and password 3 months ago. My account is the only one that is password-protected as I am the administrator for the computer. The computer updates on a weekly schedule, but I haven't specifically looked for any updates. I would like you to look at the computer (virtually) and see if there are any problems.

I can't log in to my email. It says 'invalid password' even though I'm using the password I last used. I haven't installed any updates recently, but Windows 10 was automatically installed. What should I do?

I am trying to recover my Google account password, but when I enter a recovery code received by email, it loops me back to a dialog offering to send me a recovery code. I use a Chromebook and am totally dependent on Google for functionality. I use Outlook as my email service provider, and I have not installed any updates recently, but Outlook recently made significant changes. I have had multiple incidents of trying to recover my Google password and I'm afraid that Google will classify me as a spammer.
