My computer was reset to its original state, and I no longer have Geek Squad protection. It was purchased by Robin Cole on 9/06/2015, order 00355-104358142. My email, which was previously *@.*, now shows as outlook.com after upgrading to Windows 10, and I am currently unable to access it. What should I do?
