On around 10th-11th December, a window appeared requesting a 'snooze' upgrade. I didn't understand it and couldn't delete it, only postpone it. On 12th December, I let the upgrade proceed, but upon returning home, I couldn't access the internet and the monitor screen was horizontally stretched. I asked an IT tech for help, who found no virus but couldn't restore the screen aspect ratio. Was this upgrade genuine Microsoft, and how can I return the screen to the correct aspect ratio?
