My daughter Stephanie Maddox's Facebook account was gifted to her aunt Trudy Ketcham, and when Trudy set up the phone, Stephanie's Facebook info changed to Trudy Ketcham's name. I was able to change the profile picture back to Stephanie's, but the name still shows as Trudy Ketcham (Stephanie Maddox). Friends reported the account as hacked/deceased, and now I can't access it at all. How can this be resolved?
