I believe I'm being charged twice for Prime Video. My husband also has access to the account. I have Prime, Paramount Plus, and Netflix. I was charged $10.49 for Prime on Dec 22, $10.49 for Amazon Channels on Dec 27, $10.49 for Prime on Jan 10, and $10.49 on Jan 23. I hooked up Paramount Plus on Jan 3 for $5.24. I don't know what Amazon Channels are or what an Amazon Prime Subscription is. Can you explain my Prime billing in mid-January?

My Facebook account has disappeared. Have I been hijacked? I cannot find it. Is there any way to retrieve it? I have had it for a long time and cannot live without it. My username is mccgam27. Have you reported this to Facebook? Have you ensured your other accounts are safe, especially if they use the same username or password? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? I have set up a temporary account so I could keep in touch.

I did not sign up for an account with you and yet I have been charged twice for the service. Please cancel any subscription you created for me and refund the $140 to my credit card. My email address is ***@******.***. I did not request the membership - had only agreed to the $2 one-off charge on Dec 23. I've tried to get you to cancel the 'subscription' that I did not request and I have notified my bank. The first two charges were on Dec 23 for $2 and $70 and I see the charge has been made again on Jan 23. I am not prepared to make any further payments to your company.
