I own a Lenovo Chromebook N20-P, and the touchpad has stopped working properly. The pointer works OK, but the pad will not activate anything. What can I do to fix this issue?

I cannot log into my Yahoo account and the verification codes sent to my cell phone are not working. My account is ***@******.*** and my password is 'reginald'. I tried to buy a game and it asked for my password, which was not accepted, and it kept sending me other codes by cell phone that also didn't work. Now, I can't access my email with anything. Is there anything else the Computer Technician should be aware of?

My Microsoft Word has disappeared from my Windows 8 laptop. I tried typing 'winword.exe' and it couldn't find the program. It's not showing up in my programs list either. I have all my documents in RTF files, and I was using Word a couple of days ago. I tried a system restore to an earlier date, but it didn't work. What should I do to get Word back?
