My hard drive crashed on my Dell laptop. I took my computer to Staples, and they recovered my data and saved it onto an external hard drive. However, I lost the external hard drive and cannot find it anywhere. I still have the laptop and have not turned it back on since. Can I go back to Staples and have them recover the data again? I really need that data.

I have Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 Professional. For the past 6 weeks, the font size in Outlook notes and emails has changed to a smaller size, despite setting it to 12 in Tools. How can I restore the font size to normal?

I'm having trouble configuring Outlook Express for one user on our LAN at church. Other users are OK. The specific issue is that I can't see incoming mail, although I may be able to send mail. What settings should I use to resolve this?
