Hello, Jason. I'm sorry to bother you again. I restarted the computer, but the problem still persists. The videos are a bit 'herky jerky' and then sometimes the screen either goes all gray or all green for a moment. Can you please help me get to the bottom of this so the videos play properly? If you get onto my computer again, I suggest you check out video's # 0063 and 0393. They are good examples of what I am referring to.

How can I perform an auto clean on my Brother LC103 printer, which is about 6 years old, from a Windows 10 PC? I have roller marks on my printouts and can't find the button to initiate the cleaning process.
