My HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw printer won't scan or send documents to my Mac. The printer displays a 'device busy, try again later' message. I have never updated the printer driver software and lack the knowledge to do so. Additionally, I am having trouble completing movie editing tasks. What can be done to resolve these issues?
