My husband has an AOL account and screen name, and his computer is down. I added him as a user on my account separate from my administrator user account until he gets his computer fixed. Can I download AOL on his user name so his AOL accounts will show up there too rather than as a guest as they are now?

My computer switched off by mistake instead of shutting down. When I turn it on, it shows 'Resuming Microsoft' at the bottom and suggests pressing F8 to restart, but it only gives a buzzing sound. The battery also went dead during the switch off. How can I restart my computer?
