My iMac keeps having popups that prevent me from doing anything. I have tried a hard reboot by restarting and holding down the shift key when the Apple logo appears. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I need help with someone stalking me on Facebook. This has been going on for two months. I keep deleting his friend requests, blocking him, and reporting his accounts, but he continues to create new accounts and try to add me again. He also stalks my profile and reports it for no reason. What can I do to stop this harassment?

Why can't I receive promotional and social emails on my email account? It says no connection, and I am using a client. I was getting everything on both my phone and iPad until a few days ago.

My husband is trying to subscribe to Pandora music, but the payment for the 9.99 subscription was declined, and instead, it charged 5.46. He doesn't want the 5.46 subscription and wants the 9.99 one.
