My iPad is at 35% charge and the charge drops out. I am running macOS Sierra and have recently installed updates. I have not tried any troubleshooting as I am not too savvy with the iPad. Is there anything else I should know before connecting with a Mac Expert?

Ever since Hurricane Irma hit Florida, I've had minor problems with my MagicJack (MJ). It won't go to voicemail, and calls that come in while I'm on the phone do not register on my computer as they used to. My computer is an old Dell Inspiron with Windows 7, and I have Vtech wireless phones. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?

A voice is telling me that my computer is infected with spyware and is sending financial details. If I close the page without calling a specific number, my computer will be disabled to 'prevent further damage'. I was trying to log into my bank via a link I've used for years. Is this for real? My computer is an HP Pavilion running Windows 10, and I updated Firefox just tonight.

I have a new PC that I cannot log into. I have tried having password reset directions emailed to me, but I've been at this for 3 hours. I can turn the PC on, but when it asks for my password, it says it's wrong. This is not the same PC I'm currently using. Is the computer I'm trying to log into a Windows PC?

I am trying to load TIFF and JPEG files into my catalog using Elements 2-18 on an iMac with High Sierra. The import failed for about 3000 pictures, either because they are already in the catalog (which they are not) or they are not supported, even though they are the same type of files as those that were accepted. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
