My Windows 10 Pro update keeps locking up at 82% and has been an ongoing issue for two years. I tried updating the BIOS from Acer's website and looking for driver updates, but nothing has fixed the problem. I also can't roll back to Windows 7, which was stable before upgrading to Windows 10.
