My Kindle is not turning on, even though it's fully charged. The green light flickers three times and then nothing happens. There has been no recent damage to the device, and it has a hard protective cover. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a blood pressure cuff model BP786 that my husband used all the time. He has since passed, and I can't find the manual. Can you help me set up or send me a manual? I put new batteries in it and tried to use it, but it creates minimal pressure and turns off after a couple of minutes, then tries to run again with the same result.

My HP OfficeJet Pro p015e printer continually disconnects from the software despite showing a strong Wi-Fi signal.
