My laptop (F556U) was dropped on the floor and now it doesn't boot up, only goes to the BIOS utility-EZ mode. I am running Windows. I haven't tried rebooting from a DVD or flash drive. Is there anything else I can do?

I teach classes online via video and have been experiencing IT issues for the past couple of weeks.
