My Lenovo 300 ISK17 won't boot. The error message is 'missing or corrupt driver - iorate.sys - Error code 0xc0000102.' I am running Windows 10 Home. I purchased the computer at the end of November and have tried the troubleshooting suggested by the error message without success. I have backups on a USB drive and a partition, but I can't access them due to the error. What can I do to fix this issue?

I can't remember my password to log in. Have you tried having the password reset directions emailed to you? Have you installed any updates recently? Is there anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
