My Lyft account appears to be disabled. I can't log in, and the app shows no options for cars. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, tried logging in on different browsers, and even rebooted my phone, but I still get a blank screen. I've also tried accessing the Lyft website to recover my account, but I haven't received any recovery emails despite multiple attempts. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?
