My main PC running Windows 8.1 has intermittent internet connectivity issues, displaying error messages like 'No data received' in Chrome, 'The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading' in Firefox, and 'some Gmail features have failed to load due to an internet connectivity problem' in Gmail. The problem is not consistent and sometimes resolves on its own without refreshing. I have McAfee Total Protection installed and have checked with Malwarebytes, finding no viruses or malware. I have tried resetting the network settings using Command Prompt as an administrator, but the issue persists. The firewall was temporarily turned off, but the problem did not go away. What could be causing this issue, and how can it be resolved?

My HP Pavilion desktop running Vista is stuck in a loop, alternating between a blue HP screen and a black Windows loading screen. I can't access safe mode or perform a system restore due to drive issues. What can be done to resolve this?

I have always used Internet Explorer as my browser, but recently when I select IE, Toshiba comes up as the browser, and I have not been able to change it. Google is my Homepage. Can you tell me how to change this back?

When printing numbers on labels on more than one sheet, the next sheet skips a number. For example, printing labels 101-124, the next sheet should start with 125 but it starts with 126. How do I fix this?

I downloaded Windows 10 and cannot open my icons and download anything without my administrator password. I do not remember the password. I need a way to retrieve it. It was so easy in Windows 7. What should I do to recover my administrator password?

My HP laptop is not typing certain letters, such as the letter 'u', and instead brings up an HP support screen when I press that key. It types the letter 'g' but not others. I cannot sign in because of this issue. I have tried a system restore but it did not help. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?
