I need a PC technician familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows 7 support for ongoing assistance. My Asus computer, about 4 years old, has had issues since October 2017 where Windows updates have disabled some explorer shortcuts and corrupted system restore points, making it impossible to restore to a working state.
