My order never arrived but it says it's been delivered on the app. I ordered from Uber.com, specifically from Dairy Queen. The app showed the driver's details and that he stopped for over five minutes at a location, but I received no response when I asked if he was having car trouble. My front door is open, and I have a dog that would alert me if anyone came to the door. What should I do about my missing order?

I received a message saying my computer has been locked up and my IP address has been used in areas with identity theft viruses. Is this real?
