I purchased 7 shirts from Goasta 11 weeks ago and have not received them. I have sent numerous emails with copies of my purchases and payment, including a $19.90 delivery charge, but only receive automated replies. What can I do to resolve this issue and track my order?

I have been getting numerous calls about an iPhone charge on my Amazon account, which I suspected was a scam. Looking at my bill, I don't recognize a charge for $114.36 and was hoping you could tell me what it was for. I am unable to sign in to my Wells Fargo account. I enter my username and password, but I keep getting an error message saying my password is too short. I have extended the username to its maximum length, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this?

I've tried various methods suggested by HP tech support, including using a shift key restart and connecting the hard disk to another computer, but nothing has worked. I also need guidance on creating a bootable USB device and using it to reset my computer.
