My personal Facebook page was hacked and suspended on January 15th. I cannot log in or reset my password, and I'm completely blocked out. Additionally, my two business pages linked to my personal account are also inaccessible. I've tried reporting this to Facebook, but their help center requires logging in, which I can't do. I've also tried contacting them via their privacy policy section, but it leads to a dead end. What can I do to regain access to my account and ensure my business pages are safe?

I keep getting a message that I have requested too many codes today while trying to sign in to my Outlook MSN account on my laptop. I am still logged into the email on my iPhone.
