My personal Instagram account was deactivated on the 31/12 (willingly by myself), and I am unable to reactivate my two-step authentication process through Duo Mobile as the codes are invalid. I have tried multiple support channels and received an automated email from Facebook asking for a photo with a code, handle, and name, which I sent but haven't heard back. I also received an email stating my account was removed for violation reasons, which I believe is automated since they should see I deactivated it. I have had my account for a decade and have precious memories of my late dad on there. How can I retrieve my account or what steps should I take next?
