My phone was stolen at a bank on October 17th, and the person who took it has locked me out of my Yahoo email account, sending messages to the bank and my clients. I need to have the email account blocked and for Yahoo to contact me. All the information in my account is critical. When I try to access my email, I see part of the person's email address they used as a backup email. What can be done to regain access to my Yahoo account and secure it?

Why can I not log into AOL? The icon goes to the bottom of the screen and will not pop up so I can login. My computer is a Dell with Windows 10, and I am almost 80 years old. I do not know how long this issue has been happening, but I just logged on today after a long time. I have not tried any troubleshooting yet.

I need to find out what my password is for my Microsoft account since I cannot remember it and don't know what I wrote down. I have turned on 2-step verification for my Microsoft account and have two email addresses: ***@******.*** and ***@******.***. I would like to secure remote assistance to resolve this issue.

Incredimail states ERR{AUTH}Authentication failed - tried everything Incred told me to & nothing works. Even get 535 5.7.8 Sorry come up. I have an HP Pavilion 23 computer and recently updated my details and modified my password as instructed by EXTRA tech support. What can be done to resolve this issue?

My Toshiba Satellite laptop has very dim brightness and the FN keys don't work. I'm not sure what version of Windows it's running, and I haven't installed any updates recently. The brightness slider in the display settings doesn't increase the brightness. I'm not using an external monitor, and this issue just started today, though it has happened before and was fixed by enabling something in advanced settings. How can I resolve this issue?
