My son might have attempted an upgrade to Windows 10 on his computer, but now I'm stuck. When I check for updates, it says updates can't finish until the computer is restarted, and it shows Windows 10 ready for install in the update box on the Windows Update site. I've rebooted twice and get the same message. I thought either Windows 10 would start and I could stop it or let it finish then roll it back, but all that happens is I can't move on past the Windows 10 update stuck in the box. There is no option to review additional updates, and the last Windows updates installed were from the end of March, so I think it's being held up. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Can I transfer photos from a camera to a computer without using any camera software?

When using Adobe InDesign CS6, I can only draw squares with the quick box tool and cannot draw rectangles or select individual items without them grouping. Additionally, I cannot use shortcuts like Control D to place a picture. How can I resolve these issues?
