I received an email stating that a request was made to shut off my account. Is this a virus? I use Outlook for my email account, haven't installed any updates recently, and suspect it might be related to a former employee who seems intent on causing problems.

I have an Epson C84 printer. I changed the ink tanks with a set of recycled cartridges. Should I peel off the cellophane seal from the inlet port or let the printer's puncture tip do it?
