My TV set has been frozen all day long. Tech support in Texas did what they could do, saying it's Xfinity maintenance. I was born in the morning but not this morning. Comcast will no doubt charge me for the service I am not receiving. If my set does not come on pretty soon you can come and take comcast out of here. Too many problems far to often. Maybe Direct would appreciate my business. Tom *(###) ###-####JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Comcast product? Customer: Many many years and since you have switched to Xfinity there is something at least once a month JA: Have you installed any updates recently? Customer: Updates on the computer yes on the TV no. It's the TV that's the major pain JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you? Customer: I am ready to change providers. Comcast is far to expensive for what you get
