The USB-C port on my ASUS Q325U laptop doesn't support video output when using an ASUS dongle that has an HDMI port, a standard USB port, and a USB-C port. The standard USB port works, but the HDMI port does not. The laptop's power cord only works when plugged into the left side USB port, not the right. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I'm in the process of installing Windows 10 from Windows 7. It has been stuck on 99% and 75% for over an hour. Is that the normal process for downloading? My computer is an Acer Aspire, and I haven't installed any updates recently.

I need to move Visio to a new laptop. Where can I find the download without repurchasing? I have a Dell XPS with Windows 10 and a current Visio 2016 subscription that just renewed. I have the confirmation email, but I cannot find the Visio download on office.com.
