My Windows XP desktop will not connect to the internet, and diagnostics indicate a missing network adapter card/driver. I had a similar issue when my DSL modem was changed to Sagem 4300, and the tech had to download a driver. I can connect with another computer but cannot locate the driver for my HP Compaq 7600 desktop. What should I do?

I am trying to install Flash Player 11 on my Windows 7 computer but am encountering issues. The download page says it is temporarily unavailable, and during the download process, I am prompted to close Internet Explorer. I have saved Windows 7 installation files to a USB stick using 'ISO to USB' software. Now, I want to burn these files from the USB stick to a DVD-R disc (bootable) using CDBurnXP. I am having trouble formatting the disc and burning the files. Can someone provide detailed instructions on how to accomplish this?
