The product key I have for my Acer Aspire 7715Z/7315 is not acceptable to Microsoft Office. What should I do?

I have Microsoft Outlook and Yahoo for my email. I can receive emails but can't send emails. I don't know if I should be talking with Microsoft or Yahoo to fix this problem. Additionally, I have a persistent popup asking for a network password that won't go away, and I can't sign into my Yahoo account from the mail.yahoo.com link.

My AOL account address book is deleting contact names and either leaving them blank or inserting the email address randomly. This is happening to over 300 business contacts, and I don't recognize some of the email addresses. I contacted AOL support but they couldn't help. Can you assist?

I have a collection of several thousand pictures with tags on a 32-bit PC with Windows Vista using Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. I recently bought a new PC with Windows 7 64-bit and loaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 on it. How can I transfer all my pictures with tags from the old PC to the new one?
