On Friday 15/03/19, I accidentally logged onto JustAnswer thinking I was accessing iTunes help line. I paid $45, and when I realized my mistake, you offered to refund $40. Transaction 473-04659. I have never received that refund and since then, I have received two bills for JustAnswer membership: $55.17 on 15/3/19 and $60.09 on 22/3/19. I have never taken out this membership and never used JustAnswer. Can you please help?

I sent back a wig I ordered and am waiting for a refund of $65.64 with a $9.95 shipping charge. I have a copy of the paper I sent, and I went through PayPal. I also have a picture of the other half of the paper but don't know how to attach it to this message. Which merchant/company should I contact for the refund, and how can I proceed with the refund request?

I got a new router yesterday and now I am having trouble getting Wi-Fi to my Roku. All other devices have good connections, and I haven't tried restarting both my media player and my router. What can I do to resolve this issue?
