On Friday, someone hacked my computer and I canceled my Yahoo account on Saturday. I switched to another site, but today, when I tried to get on my computer, Yahoo came up and someone had used my email to set up my account under a new address. Avira notified me of suspicious files, and several have been set up. I can get into my Yahoo email account, but the hacker has put a new account address and is still logging in to sites even though I canceled Yahoo on Saturday. I need to know how to get out of the system. I have tried on JustAnswer two other times today, and each time, you have asked for my credit card, but I have not gotten an answer. They said I had an answer by text, but I didn't get one. I don't want to pay each time. Please help.
