Our internet went down last week due to Cogeco's digging in our neighborhood. After it was restored, our computer cannot communicate wirelessly with our Canon MG3200 scanner. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer/scanner but it didn't work. How can I fix this issue?

I have a 2011 27" iMac with a black screen issue. I'm using it with a secondary monitor. I've tried zapping the P-RAM, command + option + p+r, and other online suggestions like adjusting brightness and using an external hard drive. The top of the monitor got extremely hot before it went to sleep, and now it shows a black screen. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I am encountering an error message when I click on contacts in Outlook on my HP Envy desktop PC running Windows 10. The message states 'the set of folders cannot be opened. MAPI was unable to load the information from APLZOD.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.' Additionally, I am unable to sync my business exchange emails, contacts, and calendar on my new iPad mini. I have tried removing and re-adding the iCloud account on both my desktop and iPad mini, but the issues persist. What steps can I take to resolve these issues?
