PCmover doesn't work. The software does not move old computer files to the new Windows 7 software. Files remain in the windows.old folder and nothing from the old computer functions. I tried changing the computer name on Win 7 and in the software, but the process completes very fast, indicating something is not happening. I get no error messages.

I cannot send or receive emails on Outlook 2007 as a group. I have 4 email accounts and can send/receive individually, but not as a group. The error message says Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. Any ideas?

When I opened my sent box on Saturday, May 1st, I realized that all my sent messages were gone. How do I recover the messages in the sent box?

I am using Microsoft Outlook with 708 days remaining on my contract. When I check for new emails, it shows 5 new messages, but only 2 appear, and I suspect the others went to Junk Email. However, I can't open the Junk Email folder because there is a red circle with a cross in it. My manual is for Version 7.0, and I am not familiar with the technical jargon in Kaspersky Version 2010. Could one of the 27 Specialists online now kindly correct my computer settings so I can open my Junk Email box?
