Since downloading Microsoft 365, my keyboard only works when online, and I have no access to settings, the search box, control panel, or files. This issue has been ongoing since October 19, 2022, and I have had Rosetoro attempt to fix it. What can be done to resolve this?

I can't receive any emails because my Google Workspace account has been suspended. The email address is ***@******.***. My internet connection is good, and there are no known antivirus or firewall settings blocking mail. I'm using a mail client, not a browser. How can I fix this issue?

I got a new phone and tried to install my Hotmail email account on it, but my password doesn't work. I tried using the 'forgot password' feature, but it wants to send a code to my landline number, which is not helpful. I can still access my Hotmail account on my laptop.
