Someone put up a scam post on my Facebook saying I wanted donations for the ocean cleanup for my birthday, which I did not authorize. I want it taken down. My son has already donated, and I didn't ask for this to be put up. What should I do?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad U310 with a standard 4GB memory card. I purchased a Crucial 16GB card (DDR3L-1600 SODIMM 1.35V) to replace the 4GB card, but the system won't boot and only shows a black screen. The Lenovo Solution Center indicates the system supports up to 16GB of memory. How can I get the BIOS to recognize the 16GB card, or does the system actually not support 16GB despite what the Solution Center says?

I recently changed my email password, but it does not work on my Blackberry. My email also stopped working on both my iPad and Blackberry, and I restored it on my iPad but my Blackberry still does not recognize the new password. What should I do?

Windows Server 2008 R2 is stuck in a boot loop after updates. I can get to a DOS prompt. I have tried deleting pending Windows updates, running chkdsk, and other troubleshooting steps. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
