Windows won't update. I have taken the computer to Staples, who ran various virus tests and reset the computer. It works great except it won't update. I use this for my small business and need vendor software that won't run unless updates are complete. The machine is a Lenovo Desktop with model number ***** and runs Windows 8. I have recently installed Silverlight updates, which worked. What else can be done to resolve this issue?
