Suddenly, the password for my 3-week-old Apple MacBook Pro won't work. The laptop has been working fine until now. I connected it to a new external hard drive to back it up and also downloaded Duet to use my iPad as an additional screen. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have had an email account at***@******.*** for years and just migrated to a new iPad. It wants my Yahoo password, which I don’t remember using. I no longer have access to the secondary business email address at associationsfirst and I now live in BC so don’t have access to old telephone numbers. Any solutions?

We own several Facebook pages, including one at https://www.facebook.com/martinsfamilyclothing/. We recently had a vendor falsely accuse us of using unauthorized images or licenses, despite selling licensed products. Facebook has locked us down for three days and threatened permanent bans. We have tried to communicate with Facebook but have been unsuccessful. What can we do to resolve this issue and prevent future bans?
